Are you a stress bunny?

Hi everyone,

I'm back from my holiday which was just amazing! I can't belive how quickly the last 2 weeks have gone...

Back to work now so I'm writing this to ask for your help and also as an excuse to use this very cute picture. I've been asked to write an article on modern stress busting strategies (now that's a mouthful isn't it?). What do you do when you're feeling stressed, run down or exhausted after a hard day at work? I'd love to hear how to stay fit, healthy and level headed in your busy lives. To give you an idea I love to have my lunch in the garden (when the weather is good!), walking the dog always helps me to clear my head and I love reading my book in the bath.

I don't know whether my favorite way to relax is the healthiest as I find a nice scotch works wonders! Other than that, I sometimes go for a run, do a bit of ironing or play my guitar. Anything fun really (apart from the ironing which is a bit of an odd one.....)
